Cancellation, Transfers, & Refunds

We know that paying a huge chunk of cash far in advance can be daunting. Planning for everything - from work to childcare to pet-sitters can leave so many unknowns. We understand that.

The Bliss ships are popular, however! They sell out far in advance, often nine months out. For example, they are expecting the April ship to sell out in by the end of the year, possibly by mid-November. The April ship is already past 75% sold. So, unfortunately, Bliss does not have a lot of wiggle room on cancellations.

The full policy is below, but please note that there is a transfer policy that allows you to move your booking to a future ship should you have to cancel, and that policy gives you a couple of more months to work with. Based on this policy, if you cannot go you would be able to rebook on the 2027 Kinky Cruise or different Bliss Cruise.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY

Cancellations may be made at any time for any reason. Cancellations must be made in writing. No verbal cancellations will be accepted.

Send the written Cancellation Request via email to: Support@concations.com. 

Cancellations are governed by and subject to the cancellation refund policy as defined in the Event Registration Terms and further on the Bliss Cruise website to the extent not conflicting with the Event Registration Terms. Each client has the right to cancel their cruise for any reason and will receive their appropriate refund. Please be advised that Bliss Cruise also has the absolute right to cancel any clients booking for any reason whatsoever. Should this occur, Bliss Cruise will provide a 100% refund to the client.

All cabins and bookings require double occupancy, one male one female. In the event a client arrives at the dock unannounced as a single, they may be denied access with no refund. However, on a case by case basis, Bliss Cruise may allow the client to board with a minimum of a $750.00 charge.

The terms of the cancellation policy and fees are subject to change and are specific for each cruise.

Below are the terms for the April 2026 Kinky Cruise.

• Until Oct 27, 2025: Refunds are provided less a cancellation fee ($950.00pp /$1,500.00 pp for Suites)

• After Oct 27, 2025: NO REFUND

* Cancellations must be in writing by emailing your cancellation request to support@concations.com.

* Cancellation policy dates remain the same regardless of your booking date.

The terms of the transfer policy and fees are subject to change and are specific for each cruise.

Below are the terms for the April 2026 cruise.

• Up to Oct 28, 2025: $125.00 pp ($250.00 pp for Suites)

• Oct 28, 2025 - Dec 26, 2025: $250.00 pp (No Transfers for Suites)

• After Dec 25, 2025: NO TRANSFERS

* Transfer request must be in writing by emailing your request to your travel agent.

* Reservations are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another person.

* Transferred funds are non-refundable if the new reservation is cancelled.

* Transfers are no longer valid after the sailing date of the cancelled reservation.

*Transfers are for cabin only and do NOT include any Kinky Cruise fees or packages, which will become non-refundable in the event of a transfer accepted by Bliss Cruise.
