Cancellation, Transfers, & Refunds

We know that paying a huge chunk of cash far in advance can be daunting. Planning for everything - from work to childcare to pet-sitters can leave so many unknowns. We understand that.

 

The Bliss ships are popular, however! They sell out far in advance, often nine months out. For example, they are expecting the April ship to sell out in by the end of the year, possibly by mid-November if not before.So, unfortunately, Bliss does not have a lot of wiggle room on cancellations.

 

The full policy is below, but please note that there is a transfer policy that allows you to move your booking to a future ship should you have to cancel, and that policy gives you a couple of more months to work with. Based on this policy, if you cannot go you would be able to rebook on the 2028 Kinky Cruise or different Bliss Cruise if you transfer prior to the deadline.

 

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY

Cancellation Policy/Fees: On or Before October 19, 2026: $779 per person ($1379 for suites). After October 19, 2026, no refunds are available.  If you need to cancel, you may be able to transfer your booking to a future Kinky Cruise or Bliss Cruise. Transfer Policy/Fees: Up to October 19, 2026: $325 per person ($450 for suites), between 10/20/2026 - 12/18/2026: $450 (No Transfers for Suites)


* Transfer request must be in writing by emailing your request to registrations@concations.com

* Reservations are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another person.

* Transferred funds are non-refundable if the new reservation is cancelled.

* Transfers are no longer valid after the sailing date of the cancelled reservation.


Guest Change Policy

• If a single Guest Change is requested once the manifest has been submitted to the cruise line (approximately 6 months prior to the cruise sailing date), a Guest Change fee equal to the transfer fee will be charged.


Singles Policy/Supplement Fee

All cabins require double occupancy minimum. In the event a client arrives at the dock unannounced as a single, they may be denied boarding with no refund. On a case-by-case basis, a single may be allowed to board; however, a single supplement fee of 50% of the cabin cost will be required at the port prior to boarding. Cash payment only.


Payment Policy

Upon booking, your card will be charged an initial payment that includes a booking deposit (usually $750) and KCR fees (usually $379 per person, along with kinky hotel fees if purchased).

The corporate names that will appear on your credit card statement are Puddle Hopper LLC, Concations, and/or Bliss Mgt, LLC. Your Payment Schedule is provided above for your reference. Your payments will be automatically processed on or within a few days after the payment due date. You will receive separate charges totaling the deposit / initial payment amount from Puddle Hopper LLC DBA Concations and Bliss Mgt, LLC, with all or most future payments applied to Bliss Mgt, LLC.


We highly recommend guests sail with their valid US Passport book. US Citizens may use your official Birth Certificate and a supporting Government Issued Photo ID if you do not have a US Passport. BOTH documents must match the name on your reservation. Otherwise, it may result in delay or possible denial of boarding. Non-US Citizens will require a passport and the necessary visa for entry into the United States.


Note: It is important to check the expiration date on your passport to confirm that it will still be valid at least six (6) months after your travel dates.


No refunds will be given to individuals who fail to bring proper documentation.


Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your upcoming cruise. There are hundreds of circumstances that could cause you to cancel your trip, return home early or force you to seek emergency medical treatment while traveling. Travel insurance offers coverage for these unforeseen problems. You even have the option where you can cancel for any reason. Contact your travel agent for details.
